Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: it must not have been assembled or used, it must have all original tags attached, and it must be returned in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If preferred, the customer may arrange the return independently using a courier of their choice, provided that the shipment is trackable. In all cases, return shipments travel under the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (for example beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
